The conditions of its origin; its relationship to our psychical life when we are awake; its independence of disturbances which, during the state of sleep, seem to compel notice; its many peculiarities repugnant to our waking thought; the incongruence between its images and the feelings they engender; then the dream's evanescence, the way in which, on awakening, our thoughts thrust it aside as something bizarre, and our reminiscences mutilating or rejecting it--all these and many other problems have for many hundred years demanded answers which up till http://www.blogger.com now could never have been satisfactory...

Hi, Added a new value add to my blog this weekend - a news widget from www.widgetmate.com. I always wanted to show latest news for my keywords in my sidebar. It was very easy with this widget. Just a small copy paste and it was done. Great indeed.

I didn't see an email - so I'm just posting this -

I'm writing to see if you'd like a complimentary copy of our title, Historic Photos of Washington, DC by Matthew Gilmore and Andrew Brodie Smith for possible review consideration on your site. These 10 x 10 books tell the pictorial narrative of Washington through culled-from-the-archives photography and informative text and captions. If you reply to this email or give me a call at the number posted below, I'll send you one out today (but please provide a physical address - we ship UPS). Matthew and Andrew also have a book signing at Candida's World of Books on October 24th at 6:30pm. To see a preview of the book, check it out here: http://bookmarket.ning.com/video/video/show?id=523145:Video:38527. Thanks, and I hope to hear from you soon.

Best,
Rachel
