Deer in DC


Rock Creek Park is full of deer, and they often wander up roads, such as Blagden, that dip into the park. These deer aren't too concerned with humans, not even with dog-walking humans. Posted by Picasa

Seven Seconds To Cross the Street

Seven seconds is all you get when you try and cross Florida Avenue at the intersection of Florida and Connecticut. A couple months ago, they raised it to 18 seconds, but then decided too many people are getting across safely, so it has been lowered, again.
