Chinatown, once. Now more like vaguely Chinese center of commerce.
I don't know what it is, or how it got on top of the walk-sign. It would be even cooler if it turned into an orange hand when the sign goes to Don't Walk.
Rock Creek Park is full of deer, and they often wander up roads, such as Blagden, that dip into the park. These deer aren't too concerned with humans, not even with dog-walking humans.
I could probably put pictures of the Dupont Circle fountain up pretty much every day, but I don't. Still, this one with the streak of green is just too good.
Seven seconds is all you get when you try and cross Florida Avenue at the intersection of Florida and Connecticut. A couple months ago, they raised it to 18 seconds, but then decided too many people are getting across safely, so it has been lowered, again.
